Private sessions offer the opportunity to receive tailored support specific to your needs.

Whether you are looking for support through yoga, mindfulness coaching or mindfulness & compassion feel free to get in touch to see how I can support you.

ONE-TO-ONE YOGA

Personalised approach tailored to your needs 

 

  • The initial session will take 75 mins to understand your needs and wishes for the sessions. 

  • The sessions will take 60mins.

​

This involves some time to discuss your intentions and expectations for the sessions. I would like to become aware of underlying conditions and other relevant information.

 

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or wish to book a private session. Private sessions are usually carried out in a quiet area of your own home or can be arranged in parks&gardens in London weather permitting if preferred.

MINDFULNESS & COMPASSION​

Private mindfulness & compassion sessions offer the opportunity to learn at your own pace.

​

Some clients wish to gain a short introduction to mindfulness or compassion, while others wish to take the full 8-week Mindfulness and Compassion (MCP) programme on a one-to-one basis.

Sessions are tailored around your availability and needs.

Online Meditation

MINDFULNESS COACHING

Mindfulness Coaching combines mental sciences and spiritual methods with life coaching methods.

 

We will allow the movement towards change in the support of our lives and in the entry directions for improvement to be rooted in our true essence rather than fear. Decisions are based on fears and conditioning. We will begin to introduce our inner voice from fear-based conditioning through simple and effective meditation methods.

Sessions take place between 60-90 minutes.

Prices and Payments

 Online Sessions

  • Initial 1.5 hour (including consultation) - £65

  • Follow up 1 hour sessions - £50 

  • Package of 10 sessions: £450 (save for £50)

 

In person

Please note that fees for home visits depend on location and travel time however they start from

  • Initial 1.5 hour session (including consultation) - £80

  • Follow up 1 hour sessions - £65

  • Package of 10 sessions: £600 (save for £50)

 

Please note that: 

  • payment is made via Bank Transfer with details given on booking. 

  • I have a 24 cancellation fee for all private sessions.
